Liz Cantor - Biography - An all Australian Girl


After a whirl wind year in 2005, which saw Liz beat 12 other contestants to win Channel 7’s reality show “The Mole”, the self confessed water baby has become a favourite on Seven Queensland.

These days she is seen as the host of the Live Lotto Draws and as a presenter on Creek to Coast and ratings winner The Great South East. She is also seen regularly reading the Weather for Channel Seven and appearing on breakfast show Sunrise.

Liz has hosted summer radio programs for Nova, Sea FM and Hot Tomato. In 2013 she covered the Melbourne Cup for B105, interviewing the likes of Gerri Halliwell, Brody Jenner and Cadel Evans at Flemmington.

In 2012 she became an ambassador for Suzuki and starred in their ‘way of life’ TVC’s and campaigns. She is also a spokesperson and ambassador for the Michael J Fox foundation – ‘Shake it Up’, raising funds for a cure for Parkinson’s disease.

In 2013 she had her first international break, hosting an episode of Niji Iro Jean, watched by over 8,000,000 viewers in Japan.

This year she hosted the Great Australian BBQ on 7Mate, with Mike Goldman.
